This collection of case law presents the decisions of the participating Constitutional Courts of the Federal States uniform, in a clear way. The decisions merit particular attention, because the inter-connections between the German Basic Law and the Federal legislative order on the one hand and the Federal State Constitutions on the other hand are reflected within them.
