Gerichtskosten der streitigen Gerichtsbarkeiten und des Familienverfahrens e-bog
The Reform Act on Proceedings in Family Matters and Matters of Non-Contentious Jurisdiction (FGG-Reform) from 1 September 2009, which was carried out within the legislative process in a strikingly hectic manner, brought with it numerous changes to the law of costs related to contentious jurisdiction, producing a wealth of literature and case law on the subject matter. With particular regard to the Act on Court Fees in Family Law Matters (FamGKG), which was revised more than once before the FGG came into effect, there is of course extensive literature to take into account. The appendices to section 48 and 52 GKG (Court Fees Act, GKG) on claim values / values of the matter were extensively revised and to a large extent newly structured. Especially noteworthy features are the reorganized and significantly improved catalogue of claim values 2009 for the social courts and the new catalogue of claim values for the tax courts. Both catalogues are listed in the appendix to section 52 GKG.
The well-established standard reference work on the law of costs contains commentary on the Court Fees Act (GKG) as well as the Act on Court Fees in Family Law Matters (FamGKG), including costs schedule and expenses. The new edition is updated through July 2010.
