This compilation first details the ways the Plan for the Alliance for Prosperity in Honduras sought to generate sources of employment, develop human capital, improve citizen security and access to justice, and strengthen institutions. The authors go on to explore the transformation of the Honduran agricultural sector in the context of the modernization process of the past four decades.
