The Nobility of being a poet is to influence others perception of ideas, and only through the use of poetry can anyone hope to communicate a strong and sustained awareness of the best of human nature. Poetry excites our principles and lifts imagination to heights of comprehension that only students of writing can visualize. Using poetry as a form of communication allows people from separate backgrounds to view the same words and yet visualize them in a different ways. This is why I love to write sonnets.
