Lawyer Juan Baptista, previously well, committed axe murder of Lynette Dematerez and assaulted ADA Elizabeth Borden with deadly weapon. He was wounded, admitted in shock to Del Arroyo for emergency surgery, and life-flighted to Matamoros by his surgeon friend, Dr. Guadalupe Alvarez.Juan was subsequently located in a Guadalajara hospital.
