When the ghost of the murdered Professor Mathias Schinkel runs into the spiritualist meeting held by Evadne Pringle, it makes the news. But the killer is also watching the television and orders her death. Saved by the mysterious F.F. von Strelitz, an associate of the murdered man, Evadne is given a new identity.
