Opinion on the Question of Upper Silesia e-bog

Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. But in view of various arguments which have been put forth looking toward a cession by Germany of a portion of Upper Silesia, and particularly in view of the proceed ings of the Supreme Council, a further brief statement of the results of the plebiscite should be made.
