Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. From this remote period one can construct no cer tain narrative. There is only the wavering accent of tradition, the hint Of geology and anthropology, the literal footprints on the sands Of time. But by great luck we happen to have preserved in Gaelic the Oldest existing body of Northern literature. From this literature we are able to judge or guess at the types of men who stand on the Sky-line of Irish history.
