Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. The writer is fully aware that his theory as to the origin of the Polynesian race from India as expressed in this work is weak, through want of access to works on early India. But a friend of the writer's has accumulated a vast amount of valuable information bearing on the question from the Indian standpoint, which strongly confirms the theory herein suggested, and which information win. It is hoped, shortly be published. In this third edition the generations are counted back from the year 1900, not 1850 as in the previous issues.
