Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. The fact is, when I had collected all available materials, and run over, in my mind, all sources of information whence I might possibly add something as the narrative progressed, I saw still many gaps which might make the subject disjointed, fragment ary and uninteresting.
