Genealogy of the Darlington Family e-bog

Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. The committee is pleased that so many names of persons who bear the name of Darlington, or whose kindred have borne such name, have been obtained for the book; and, while it has not been possible to find our comm-ou ancestor, we cherish the belief that we have such common ancestor in the distant past, since all researches lead back to a location in England near the spot where the three counties of Cheshire, Lancashire and Yorkshire join. So we give all these cousins as hearty a greet ing as if they, too, had the blood of Abraham Darlington, of Darnhall and Birmingham, in their veins.
