History of Rowley, Anciently Including Bradford, Boxford, and Georgetown e-bog

Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. The early history of every town furnishes many incidents worth preserving. Some of them may be uninteresting to strangers; but to native inhabitants, descendants of the Pilgrim Fathers, they all have an interest. To preserve such facts and incidents as are supposed to be more particularly interesting to the descendants of the first settlers of the ancient town of Row ley, is the object of the following pages.
