The Massachusetts Colony sent a bark with twenty men against the pirate, and our infant plantations joined the expedition with four pin naces and shallops, with forty men, armed, under the com mand of Capt. Walter Neal. Bull and his associates had gone farther east, and a storm arising, the expedition re turned to the Piscataqua in a shattered condition.
