Credibility of the Book of the Acts of the Apostles e-bog

Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. The last of the four lectures was delivered in St. Mary's Church at a time of profound national sorrow. I have ventured to retain, as a memorial of an historic Sunday, the words, inadequate as they must appear, in which I referred to her late Majesty, Queen Victoria. At the close of the third lecture it was my duty to speak of the late Bishop of London. The sense of the greatness of whose loss to the Church time does not diminish; these few paragraphs also I have printed.
