This book is more about how not to lead than how to. It's based on my experience as a band and music ministry leader. I've observed other leaders, young as well as experienced ones, making decisions, which don't exactly agree with the Bible. I myself have made many mistakes as a leader, and I still do, so I want to share some of that with you.I've been blessed to read many books on worship, which have really opened my eyes and ears to what true worship and true leadership should be.
