Recent reports suggest that violence in the workplace is an increasingly common problem for organizations, and that violence -or the threat of it- is one of the major sources of stress at work. Work-Related Violence examines the causes and consequences of violence at work, and offers practical solutions for managers and organizational psychology professionals.
