Working Women and Labour Laws: An Analytical Study e-bog

This book visualizes the invisiualised women labour and the exploitation of working women in India. It presents the in-depth analysis of the socio-economic, political and legal perspective of women labour and labour laws in India. An attempt is made in this work to understand the women labour in India in a historical perspective as well as the socio-economic and political position of women in the different historical trajectory of Indian civilisation. A comprehensive analysis of the national and international labour laws, the policies and programmes which has been enacted by the Indian Government for the promotion and protection of the rights of women in general and working women in particular done along with their lacunas.
