Head of the first branch is Archduke Ferdinand, born June 10, 1835, nominal Grand Duke of Tuscany from July 21, 1859, to March 22, 1860, now resident at Lindau, Bavaria; head of the second branch is Archduke Francis, born June 1, 1819, Duke of Modena from 1846 to 1860,now resident at Vienna.
