In Chapter Two, the authors show the methodological process to the identification and the verification of the critical success factors of the TCU’s survey variables by means of statistical analysis. Chapter Three argues that against the background of hyper-complexity the usefulness of all mainstream approaches of change management has to be scrutinized. Chapter Four is focused on a theoretical framework motivated by the influence of TMT composition on strategic change and firm performance.
