Business Process Management Forum e-bog

This book constitutes the proceedings of the BPM Forum held during the 17th International Conference on Business Process Management, BPM 2019, which took place in Vienna, Austria, in September 2019.The BPM Forum hosts innovative research which has a high potential of stimulating discussions.
