The book is written in Russian language and it is addressed to the native Russians and Russian speaking readers. Close to the documentary description of the five years period of the author's life from 2012 to 2017, that has turned from a carefree enjoyment of life to the constant confrontation with Bekhterev's disease. Disappointed with hopelessness of the official medicine the author takes risky experiments "on his own skin." To fight the illness, the author must get to know deeply himself. For sake of recovery of the lost health the author uses versatile knowledge and skills, experience of an engineer, and obstinacy and imagination of an inventor. On his way the author tries non-traditional methods of treatment, the combination of which prevails over the ail.
