Fundamentals of Naval Tactics e-bog

Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. This work is a systematic codification in treatise form of the mathematical principles of Naval Tactics. The author is'the instructor in the Art of Naval War at the Royal Italian Naval Academy, and his name is well known as the writer of a number of excellent articles of much original thought on naval tactics in the Revista Marittima.
