Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. I have carefully read the book through, and have made such small corrections and alterations as appeared necessary. That it has defects I make no doubt, but it is satisfactory to know that although it has been in use in large numbers during nearly two years. None worthy of mention have been discovered in it either by its users. Or its critics.
