Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. Men always have thought themselves inter esting subjects - worthy of a book; and women have put the seal of truth on this belief by writing a generous literature of their own on the opposite sex. Masculine curiosity would impel the former to seek what has been said of them, and pride of research and discovery would naturally urge the latter to voice their opinions. It is to inform the one and please the other that this little book is published as a companion to Woman in Epigram.
