Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. First of all, what is the source of the legislative role of my conscience which bids me to do good and avoid evil, but which does not make things right or wrong anymore than the eye makes color red or white?
