Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. The author of this work has prepared it for the purpose of correcting many erroneous notions which now prevail in the care and management of Horses, as well as to place in the hands of those interested a valuable Instructor. Embracing as it does all of my theories and practices, together with a history of an experience of twelve years in the business of Training Horses, it can not fail of being a valuable assistant to those who feel an interest in the education of this noble animal.<br><br>In the previous editions of this work there are many points which experience has taught me are incorrect, and in this issue I labor to remove all such erroneous impressions.<br><br>I also add, what has not heretofore been published, a history of all Horses now on exhibition throughout the country, which are being driven without reins - the system being entirely original with myself.<br><br>My treatment of Diseases, new Recipes, and Training of Cattle and Dogs, is peculiar to myself, and I hope to make them useful to the reader.<br><br>The account of Diseases and their Treatment may be relied upon, beings the result of personal experience and actual test and observation.<br><br>By remitting $5 by letter to the above address, a copy will be forwarded to your address immediately.
