Patrick knows what its like to be the youngest in the family. Its the worst! He has the earliest bedtime; no one plays with him; and there is never any juice left for him in the jug. It can be lonely being the youngest child. For Patrick, all that changes one afternoon when he receives a parcel in the mail. His whole family is excited for him, but it turns out the package isnt exactly what Patrick has in mind. Its not a dinosaur, or a truck, or a game. Its just a blanket. This certainly isnt the spectacular surprise he wished for. However, Patricks ordinary blanket becomes extraordinary when he is brave enough to use his imagination. Thats when the magic happens.
