It became a logical, must-have sequel, to the unusual flying experience of Turtle TUTTLE. Miss Chimpanzee ANZIE must now teach the Monkeyssori students about what makes a rainbow and why TUTTLE could not catch up with one. The lesson becomes a participation event because all students learn that they can also make their own rainbows with water from the school pond.
